PestEDGE is committed to providing and maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment, therefore, devote all the specified attention to protect employees, suppliers, sub-contractors, subsidiaries and the other people involved the in the company or alongside its network, any other person who may be affected by its activities including customers and the public.

We will always endeavor to provide adequate measures, training, information, and supervision to attenuate risk, however, we believe the support and full co-operation of all our employees in our efforts to supply a secure working environment. We also request to our customers, during the execution of service, to not request or permit us to access any a part of the location or the situation or premises which you recognize or suspect to be hazardous, or during which a potentially hazardous process is administered, without first briefing us on the character of the hazard & the precautions to be taken.
This policy applies to all or any premises and activities within the control of PestEDGE and may constantly endeavor to realize its strategic objectives through the subsequent practices:

• Ensure the Health, Safety, Security, and welfare of its entire employee whilst at work.
• Confirm the visitors and thus the overall public who could also be affected by PestEDGE’s operations of Pest Control and termite protection services process and activities, aren’t exposed to the danger of their health & Safety.
• Identify the hazards; assess the danger and manage those risks: consult employees and ensure all who work on our behalf are adequately informed of identified risks and where appropriate receive the relevant information, instruction, training, and supervision.
• Creating and following policies and procedures that prevent injuries, unhealthiness, and environmental pollution.
• Maintain arrangements for ensuring safe use, handling, storage and transport of chemicals used for pest control services used for PestEDGE operations.
• Maintain a transparent procedure for action to be taken within the event of an Emergency.
• Encourage the event and maintenance of a positive attitude towards Health, Safety, and Environment throughout the PestEDGE scope of work.
• Provide effective arrangements to observe the health of employees.
• Providing sufficient training and material resources to strengthen competence levels and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
• Decide to a proactive approach to prevent accident incidents to realize and understand continuous improvement in health & safety performance.
• Ensure effective risk management and reporting system.
• Suits the Safety code of practice, rules and regulations and other requirements.
• Health and Safety compulsory training is going to be provided to all or any employees as a part of their Induction to PestEDGE.
• Although our goal will always remain the elimination of risk, Personal Protective Equipment goes to be provided where necessary. Where equipment is provided, failure to use it’s getting to end in disciplinary action.
• Implementing, maintaining and regularly monitoring the performance of Integrated Pest Management Systems throughout PestEDGE Network as per the standards began in ISO standards.
